Review:

I absolutely loved this book! Chelsie did an amazing job making us feel like America was just as important to us as she was to her. The nostalgia within the novel was great and really made you go back to when you were that age. I felt for America 100% of the way and was scared and happy for her all at the same time. I think Chelsie did an amazing job capturing the teenage brain and what it was actually like to be a teen learning to grow up and gain confidence in themselves.

Synopsis:

“America Rossi’s life used to be easy. She worried about not missing Saved by the Bell reruns, collecting enough Lisa Frank school supplies, and trying to convince her parents to switch from VHS to DVD. That was, until high school changed it all.

Review:

This book was more than I ever hoped for in a sequel. Chelsie you are an amazing storyteller with a unique perspective. America is by far my favorite girl character and I related so much to her trials and tribulations. I couldn’t put the book down because I wanted to hear her story so much. America is the perfect female lead and her friends are for sure goals in BFFs. You will read nothing similar to this book and that is an amazing thing to experience!

Synopsis:

“It’s no secret that the last three years were hard for America Rossi. Now, with senior year under way, the Abraham crew is ready for an amazing end to their high school experience. But America has a huge decision to make—move to Italy after graduation or stay in Fountain Hill. The thought of leaving her friends is unimaginable, especially as she tries to help them through their own resurfacing nightmares.

The only thing she knows for sure is that she’s ready to live out a year worth writing about in the last letter for The Assignment. Football games, risky adventures, and completing the BFF Bucket List are her focus until there’s an accident and she’s responsible for taking a life. Both books were amazing and gave you all the feels for America and her crew. I highly recommend reading the series but please read the trigger warnings above before starting.
